The machine puts users at a 40 degree angle, which puts the spine in a neutral position, relieves back stress, and helps to engage the core muscles. Jacob\u2019s Ladder differs from similar aerobic machines, such as a step mill, because it lifts the user’s body over a twelve-inch step, allowing for a fuller range of movement.
