The app\u2019s developer is psychotherapist Richard L. Fellner, who is based in Vienna, Austria, but also has practiced extensively in Southeast Asia out of an office in Bangkok, Thailand. Fellner\u2019s specialties include sex therapy and couples counseling.<\/p>\n

His app, available only for Android smartphones at this writing, is very simply titled \u201cSelf-Test for Erectile Dysfunction.\u201d<\/a> It\u2019s available at no cost and serves as a screening tool not just for erectile dysfunction but for enlargement of the prostate gland as well.<\/p>\n

Users can select self-tests to calculate their future risk of ED and also identify the significance of symptoms related to erectile function and prostate health.<\/p>\n

Fellner\u2019s app should prove extremely helpful for men who worry that an occasional inability to get and keep an erection suitable for intercourse signals the beginning of an end to their sex lives.<\/p>\n

With the guidance of the app, they should be able to distinguish between periodic episodes of impotence that are basically insignificant and the more persistent pattern of dysfunction that is characteristic of ED. If Fellner\u2019s app indicates that medical attention is warranted, a patient then can take his concerns to his primary doctor or urologist.<\/p>\n
