What’s your collar size? It turns out this measurement may indicate more than a shirt size. A new study shows men with a collar size of 16.3 inches or greater are more likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED).

According to Daily Mail, the study shows men with wide necks are more likely to suffer from metabolic syndrome. This condition is a combination of high blood pressure, diabetes and obesity. This cocktail of conditions can spell disaster in the bedroom.

The study, conducted by researchers at the University School of Medicine in Ankara, Turkey, is the first piece of evidence to suggest that neck size and erectile dysfunction are related.

The study looked at the neck size of 92 men between the age of 40 and 60. Those with large necks sizes were most at risk for sexual dysfunction.
